Day 21 of flower here.
I’ve got 4 Kosher Kush (DNA) in the back + the middle left plant, 1 Runtz (Preybird Farms) which is the middle right plant. And 4 4Z1’s from which I can’t recall the breeder atm, center plant + front row.
They suffered a lot from my frankenstein supercrop but pulled through…
5x5, Canna Terra line, hand watering. No CO2. Lumatek Zeus 600W

I absolutely love your “Fuck leaves I’m growing flowers here and these plants will do what they are fucking told” approach with this grow.
I once for the fuck of it defoliated every leaf every week during the flowering period 4x plants I was running in a 4 site RDWC system. I pushed the nutes to about 120% of my usual and they went totally 
.
Thing was by the end I had a crazy yeild, but it was all 
and a pain in the ass to trim. 
Looking forward to seeing how this adventure finishes for ya.

Ha yeah I’m fearing that a little as well this run but usually I ring up 4 mates and we go through it in a couple of hours while having a good time 
They go home with a baggie for helping. I don’t care if it’s popcorn, all personal use.

DO IT. If you have hydro XP under your belt then it’s a no brainier run. My mad science “ΩPot 1.0 & 2.0” systems have enough volume in the res that I didn’t even need to adjust PH in the tank through the runs. The daily checks and required top-offs with PH adjusted water turned out the be a near set it and forget it for hydro.
The bonus is that each time produced some primo flower which turns out proper meds for me, the mrs, friends and family.
While I do hear ya may I also introduce you to the “Death Fan”.
I use it for outdoors mostly but I could have used this back in that RDWC example I previously mentioned! It cut my outdoor triming speed 8:1; so what I did in 8 hours I can do with it in 1. I still hand trim the primo but fucking it was so worth the investment if you’re growing large enough to justify it.
I grew a cut of KK for about 3 years and I’d say your spot on. I’ve done it outdoors as well here in S.ontario and pulled it before fall issues could take it. Much like any strain you get a different “bang for your buck” and it was racier than the 10w run indoors which was pretty much ended up as night-time smoke only.

Yeah I’ve been thinking about buying a trimmer though. Maybe next year…have some plans expanding the grow.
