I popped a bunch of seeds for some Late Season Crosses to my Old School Grape LSD male
Im basically doing this as a fun experiment to grow a few budsicles I will pollinate for next growing season
Im probably going to need to move them into a greenhouse at some point or perhaps indoors to finish. Im more curious than anything.

It will be fun to see how this turns out. The weather in this area is notoriously fickle. Part of this low touch experiment is also to observe the genetics. The grape lsd is very easy to grow . Last time I used this 12/12 method for seed production it worked out great. I probably got 50 or so from each small plant. Enough for testing and sampling.

Male : Fast growing, disease resistant Grape LSD - LSD circa 1963 X 90s Grape Indica. Strong branching . Good flower production

I grew out a plant of this cross last year and the results were phenomenal. Ive not found another strain that has these type of effects . Trippy cerebral high. Super long lasting. Incredible body buzz with great pain relieving qualities. This high tells a story.

I believe weed will successfully seed with even just a few led lights in a box. I’ve heard of 30 watts making seed. The plants aren’t happy, and stay tiny, but they make seed 
I think youre right. My friend did a windowsill grow and her seeds were male and female. She didn’t realize it and ended up with a tiny female plant that was nicely seeded.
Im tempted to get an indoor setup anyways. Either way its gonna be fun.

Hitting 3 weeks. September should be decent weather. I have a tent handy if the weather goes south. No signs really of preflowers, so Its likely they will go into November which means they will need a change of scenery.
Good luck on your experiment. If you want to green house over winter you could look into a solar air heater like the screen in a box kind with water jugs to act as a heat sink.

Thats a great idea. I was hoping a greenhouse would be adequate to finish up I never considered a solar heater. Might be fun!
Anyways this is basically just an experiment to get late season crosses going for seeds. So far so good.
They are starting flower now and smell skunky from the Get.
I read the biggest difference between cheap store soil and the nice stuff you got is the pH. Cheap is usually 7, nice is pre balanced to 6.3-6.7 which is perfect for cannabis. Some people will flush cheap soil until the runoff matches the in and it’s balanced to 6.5
There’s a ton of other good stuff in that nice soil that makes a big difference too.
Its almost embarrassing to post Lol. I went to my usual spot to pick up Fox Farm and they were sold out. I thought id probably get away with the MG aaah the horror
But alas no…
Ive got a good 3 weeks left before I will likely need to greenhouse them. I think They will get moved into my garage if theres any hard freezes. First frost usually 3rd week October. I think some of these got started a little on the later side because some wanted to take forever to germinate.
Anyway Im certain I will get enough seeds from my late season crosses to grow out in the Spring.
The Dad is one of the Easy Growers and for some reason likes this area lol ( must be a cowboy)
If Dad can gift the ladies some of his Paul Bunyan Genes , I think the terps on the girls will round out the crosses nicely.
