Leaf yellowing problem!

I can’t figure out what’s causing this. Any ideas on what’s causing it and how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated! I’m in the US Northeast. Friend gave me some random beans and I threw them in the soil pretty late.

For soil you want your water/fert. pH to be 6.5-6.8.

My guess would also be an iron deficiency caused by soil that is kept too wet and maybe at too low of a temperature, as well. This can create soil stagnation and root problems, due to loss of fresh oxygen in the root zone.

Iron deficiencies may also be created by having too much Phosphorus in the medium, but that would look more like what is known as “pH lockout”, due to the fact that too much phosphorus will not only block the plant from absorbing iron, but also other nutrients like zinc, calcium and magnesium.
