How can you know if others have HLVD ? Quarantine and test during a long time.
I have the Rainbow Belts and Grandi Guava from Premium Genetics atm. They are both from Purple City Genetics, so im not exactly sure which number the rainbow belts is , could be 1 or 20.

Those RB 1 or 20 are the biggest plants i grew indoor till this date. the tallest one is ~ 170 cm or 5,6 foot. they stretched over 300 %. luckily i ordered a new tent which gives me more height.

My rainbow has somewhat thick leaves and glossy. Also tiny. Which i assume such characteristics make my rainbow grow rate slow af in early period. Goes same to pure zkittlez.
Basically like rose vs tomato. You know rose has way less dry weight than tomato. The research about the topic strongly suggested significant different in SLA (specific leaf area) among rose and tomato. Rose having way higher SLA than tomato’s. The SLA indicates how heavy is the leaf in 1cm-2 of the leaf.
higher SLA it is, less the leaf area, meaning less capacity to intercept radiation (light) for photosynthesis.
tl;dr: your rainbow may be the one that is really well improved version of zkittlez. Super interested! Pls keep us updated!

When we’re talking about clones what do we mean?
For example i could buy a pk of premium seeds and sell clones from them but imo that doesn’t make them worth buying.
My idea of buying/trading clones is strains you/me have personally grown and selected from a number of phenotypes.

It does irritate me a little when people ask stupid money for premium named but untested clones.

Clones just cutting so the shoot that you cut from plants. I don’t know what you expected haha
And cannabis breeding scene has been full of stoner science (imo, growing scene is even worse) since the getgo; 5 decades ago and bred it such a way without stabilizing it (ofc not all the case but almost every case). You can imagine how many unstabilized hybrids were bred in that long time span.
So each individual seeds will often perform very different to each other and that’s why worth acknowledge others cuts and try em out if one has an opportunity.
Ex) we know many peop been intentionally or unintentionally false claim on their genetic. So my ammie and your ammie can be different. We’ll never know who has the good one because there never been an official standard so one better try out all of em if one have a chance to try multiple different cuts under the same name (same name of cuts but can be different cuts to each other).
So again, the point of exploring cuttings? To extend your knowledge and find out a better plant for yourself instead of thinking “oh mine is the best” without acknowledging and trying other’s plants.
One may just enjoy and satisfied with whatever he gets on his hands then def the dude won’t have an interest in the topic and that’s super fair.
In addition, I don’t have my own flavor on whether there are peop selling cuts or not. But I do think it’s useful situation. Well, there are alotta unethical sellers but I mean encountering them is part of life as we may encounter a good seller too.
So yea, imo those sellers can save up one’s time’s alot.

No could not say that they are thin. They were kinda slow in veg, but in flower they literally exploded. What was also kinda weird, i had 2 strains. grandi guava and the RB. GG was ahead in early veg, so i topped them first, they didnt seem to like that at all. 2 days later i topped the RB and they took it much better and have been ahead of the GG since.
The Zkittlez smell was dominant in the beginning, now the OGKB/Face Off seems to be dominant. its still early tho.
i will keep you updated of course. could post pics everyday. really glad i have a decent run, since the last few ones were a pain in the ass

for my understanding, a decent clone is selected out of hundreds , even better thousands of seeds. which is unrealistic but the higher the number the better imo.

Blueberry is a good example I’ve searched upside down for years trying to find blueberry terp pheno, I’ve had plenty of blueberry crosses but blueberry terps aren’t easy to find ime.
Cheese is another with cheesy names with not cheesey terps, cat piss skunk is another, I’ve been through numerous packs to find cat piss skunk and I’m still looking.
I had a nice skunk special but it wasn’t very stable so it got binned, I’ve lost skunk f2 and another pk of skunk special to run again.
Atm I’ve a 2nd blueberry growing with real potential for mother material.
I’ve this blueberry mother atm I clone from but I’ve a few pks to get through still.
I’ve also got some coastal blueberry to run with a load of others it’s going to be a busy year.

I’m not up to date with latest greatest strain I only search out what I like, anyhow i seen somewhere permanent was voted #1 in a survey.
Jfc I’m not reccomending it, but it would be on my short list to check out.

Be careful people because even tissue culture is not 100% sure
Altus Biolabs in Vienna, Austria, make tests in Europe (www.hanftest.at)
If you contact them by mail they make you good prices when you buy several tests

lol we onced tried to order from getseedsrighthere , he tried 2 times but allways failed to do the customs clearance and they were held back, so we got our money back. we then orderd from strainly from a random dude and got kush mints , gary payton and grandi guava, grandi guava didnt make it tho. the others were legit and we also breed with them. and have a few hundred seeds ^^ luckily now the clones are right here in austria and dont have to hassel with strangers in the internet
