Let's talk about clones floating in Europe!

No, it doesn’t, it remember I made a tray of 50 one time to replace my mom and hand out some. I had them coming out my ears for months. Most rooted in under 2 weeks iirc. Necrosis and some browning after cutting and transport wouldn’t be an issue.

What the seller told you feels like BS or a standard answer when people have problems. I’d be shocked if there was a held cut of SLH that was tough to root, but I don’t know… The entire gene pool is full of crazy vigorous and beautifully structured plants.

I didn’t notice any major differences to other plants when it came to rooting.

However, it is true that SLH can be a bit finicky when it comes to nutrients and pot size, or it can develop yellow leaves. The finished flowers also have a slightly yellow/golden/brown appearance.

As a preventive measure, you could also use Neudorff Netz-Schwefelit WG / Wettable sulfur against mildew; some clone dealers will gladly send you the spores free of charge.

The SLH loves to be trained!
