Light Dep setup

I have a new opportunity to potentially do a 12,000 sq ft light dep in a legal state … I’m no stranger to growing, I’m just not tech saavy to set up , hardware logistics etc …

I’m trying not to lose my shirt on this opportunity. I’m trying to do a spread sheet and figure a budget , yields , overhead etc . That being said , any insight on the topic would be appreciated. Thx in advance … :seedling::zap::v:

There’s a good thread on ICmag about greenhouse building from Crushnyuba. Has a controller setup and everything to run the light dep.
