Light soil vs complete mixes

What are the advantages of using one vs the other? I’ve never actually been able to really tell. Your thoughts?

After reading some posts I finally bought Biobizz All-Mix prefertilized soil for my actual grow. I think it is easier to forget adding nutes (avoiding nutrient burns or deficiencies). At least for me it is more simple and comfortable to just add pHed water, people with more knowledge and experience will certainly prefer to choose them and give the correct measure in each case … :sunglasses:

My issue with allmix is when I need to add a bit of something like cal mag in seedling stage or PK in flower, the soil is still too hot, leading to signs of nute burn

They say you musn’t add anything until blooming period, that was really convuncent for me , inaction is my favorite actiion, plants love the LMAYB (leave me alone you brute!), at least in my case … :sunglasses:
