I absolutely love my Iponic 624 and I wanted to leave a review for others who may have looked at it but weren’t sure if it was worth the cost or even what all it can do as there really isn’t that much info out there and there doesn’t seem to be many people using one. All in all its a fantastic product, gives you immense amounts of flexibility and the ability to control and monitor your grow room remotely.

8 independently programmable 120V output channels that can be tied to one room or the other… you can have all 8 channels in one room, or have 7 in 1 room and 1 in a second room, it doesn’t matter you can whatever you want and it only takes a second to change functions.

The 624 is great for controlling a irrigation pump. it gives you a down to a second cycle timer along with a timed timer all in on… So for example when my lights come on I give my plants a 2.5 minute burst of water then after that I do 30 seconds every hour, and you can program in multiple single time waterings… you can even program in a safety watering where for example if the room every hits a certain temperature( 100F) you can give the plants a 2 minute shot of water . all in all the 624 is fantastic for controlling a pump

can setup a alarm to notify you if something happens, the system will email you if things go wrong, the parameters are fully programmable… I have not played with this yet, so I can’t give too much detail.
For me where the system has paid off is its ability to be tailored to fit my rooms unique challenges… my room is very small and its always a struggle to keep my air quality up to snuff. as the weather changes I have troubles maintaining my environment… Sometimes I have to control my humidity more than I need to control my temperature, so i link the main exhaust fan to humidity…where is humidity exceeds 55% the exhaust fan comes on…however other times humidity isn’t a issue and I need to control the temperature more so I link the exhaust fan to temperature control… I live in a crazy place where the climate is all over the map and I do not yet run a AC in my room so I need to play with things as my seasons change and the 624 gives me the tools I need to keep things in check.
So in closing yes the 624 is worth the investment, its relatively simple to use and setup and the functionality is top notch, I took a big risk buying it as I didn’t see too much information and I truly had no idea just how powerful it actually was, I didn’t think the advertising out there does it any justice and there is almost zero mention on any of the forums.
