I don’t think it was ever released in pure format. Do not trust fly-by-night “seedbanks” that claim to have this-and-that that no one else has.
All you’ll likely find is crosses.

Alien tech was obsol33ts male he used for lots of his earlier crosses. @vernal is right, don’t trust people saying they have it because it’s been gone for a while. Recently all I’ve seen for sale that are actually legit are crosses with his older crosses that has his alien tech male in it.
I managed to pick up one of his older packs from franchise genetics of alien apparition. It’s ghost og x alien tech.
At some point I plan on doing a repro of these

smoked some local alien tech - was really nice ; different than most indicas…
I heard about kaya koffee ; lots of alien tech crosses is it.
