I started taking psilocybin cubensis when I was a kid. The ones with the blue ink that leaks out of the stem. They grew wild where we were. We used to make Kool-aid with it. I have taken the indoor grown mushrooms with the rusty red tops, and had a half dozen tabs of acid or so in my life.
I have also tripped on weed. Not every strain of weed of course, but a couple strains in my life would give psychedelic highs. Both of them were sativas with no body high. You would smoke and smoke and by the time you felt something you were way too high.
I remember pissing and hearing a rocket take off inside my head, and I closed my eyes and couldn’t feel contact with the earth below me. Another strain when I once got shocked by static electricity I could feel the energy coursing around my body.
It is rare. I have smoked literally hundreds of strains, and about two had these effects. But when someone says it has happened then I believe them.
