Lots of love in the Longhouse

Thanks! @GallacreekD66 I’m pretty happy with the mini test run. I think I’ll go with a slightly longer veg and larger buckets next run but these should give me a good idea of what I’m working with after a nice smoke session.

Looking excellent, my friend. :purple_heart: Really great work. I’ve got 3 BBPS babes that go into flower in 3-4 weeks. Keep me updated on the finished report, please? You’ve got me pumped. Again, good work.

Nice! How do you keep the leaves from turning into dust when drying them out?

So I did one batch so far. I guess I’m water curing to some degree? :man_shrugging:t3: For about a week I soaked them in a bowl of water that I changed a couple times a day. Then spread them out on parchment paper and covered with another sheet and stacked some books on top. After a couple days they were dry and still a bit plyable. I just spritzed with water and rolled one up.
I probably shoulda took a before pic. :joy:

I’ve always wanted to do this but never have. It’s on my list of things to do.

Still looks pretty good. :metal:t4:

Thanks bud! :fist:t3: It’s a pretty cool process. I use a mold from Purple Rose to make it simple. Currently I’m just tryna blow through some of my older stock but I’m gonna make one outta some nice soon. Even the older flower puts ya in a good place in one of these. They do burn and smoke well once ya get it lit. :joy:

This is what I was wondering. Especially when rolling after you mist it and what not lol

I’m going to give a whirl once I have some leaves around haha I’m hurtin’ without plants around right now.

So after ya get one rolled up in leaves I do leave it for a day to dry. If using fresh leaves I think you’re supposed to leave them to cure for a week or two. The water curing and pressing seems to have fixed that. If you roll your cannagar core in a hemp wrap or something you can fire it right up. :+1:t3: It is a process but something new to toke on as I get bored easy and like to bounce around. :joy:

Sounds like you need a press! Or possibly a tester :person_raising_hand::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I actually have a press. :+1:t3: that’s the glue to hold the Cannagar together! :joy: I do enjoy rosin but can’t hit dabs all the time. My lungs just won’t do it anymore. :man_shrugging:t3: a little spread on a cannagar core is pretty nice though. :slightly_smiling_face:
