I’m tempted to try this as a fridge would be a lot lower rh than my ambient rh which is usually >80%. At the moment I wet trim into large brown paper grocery bags then into a dark room on the floor under a ceiling fan for some air movement. Then into jars when it’s stopped losing weight. There’s no a.c. so temps are usually 24-30c. I suspect I’m not getting it fully dry because of the high rh. I’ve had a whole jar go fully furry with mould before I noticed.
