Would it be best to use LST after I have pruned my flowers or before?

Pictures of what the plant currently looks like would help a lot.
Pruning and LST serve a similar purpose: to keep the light where you want it, or to remove growth that wont get light or is in the way of light reaching where it needs to go.
You can LST pretty early if you are careful, and pruning I wouldn’t do until the plant has 4-5 sets of branches.
After that you could use both techniques together depending on how the plant grows.

It’s a judgement call really. I top and then LST but I could easily just bend her over and that would be fine too
sometimes I bend the tops in a circle around the rim of the pot. Keeps everything nice and even.
