Yeah; I see no issue with both respecting the work he’s done and shitting on him as a person.
Upside to the matter is, everything he’s put out worth anyone’s time is available in higher quality elsewhere. The seeds he’s selling today aren’t even what you want if you have fond memories of his work.

Aight. So the living soil is surprisingly nice right now. A little heavier than it could be, so the amendments are getting doubled with perlite and rice hulls. Nutrition hasn’t been tested, but the plants tell me there are no major issues.
That fungus gives me a semi. Lol. Cant be more excited to see this grow. Gonna be epic one way or the other.
Yes. You are not getting it rightly grown. I’ve tried lots and get it from Peace of green and its a world of difference.

I’ve wanted to get some MAC for a while now. I would like to try so many of his strains. I grabbed a few to add to the collection. Got his MAC V2, Caps Frozen Lemons, and Cold in the D.

I looked up my freebie and it says one of the parents is a line called Hinoki, anyone ever heard of it?

Little Tokyo was very consistent when I ran them. Above average yields on strong upright plants. Gas/Peach/glue/floral. @Sampsonbeats has a couple of nice plants going right now.

Ok, some clarification please. How many versions of Mac has he put out? I’ve heard V2 was same orignal mother but different father, then there’s a Mac f2 called MAC 69 (MAC1 is pheno #6 and male #9)?
At this point I’ve heard of two specific types… caps cuts and all others? Which I’m sure is a broad statement behind basic phenoing?
AFAIK, There is only one MAC and it’s a clone only and there weren’t any seeds given out. My understanding is Cap’s cut IS the original cut. Everyone else either has caps cut(whether they know it or not), or they have something else.
So anything else, like that MAC69, is either a cross with a non-mac male, or an S1 or something.
This MACv2, things still seemed kind of vague on. It does sound like he used the exact same mom as MAC, and only remade the original male in the cross (Columbian x Starfighter). Which is exactly what I’ve been saying to do as that original male was clearly crap for all the issues we see when breeding that original MAC.
Thats pretty much what i have heard as well. Also, there are a lot of imposters out there too. I hear the legit mac 1 cut is actually potent. I heard it described as new school.bag appeal with old school green bud terps and high. No experience with it myself. But, i trust the judgement of the folks i have heard this from.
