For the southern seeds, outdoor, in Tana : they veg for 3 months+, then the flower stage lasted 4 months and a half .
Most of the times, they are not being grown in Tana or around because of LE.
North-East and South-East being the 2 main production area. NE is more humid produce those very airy fox tail buds, while SE being drier and warmer, buds are bit more dense and more resinous.
So if your seeds are coming from south you might wanna look the sun graphs for Betroka region, Anosy.
