Well i have an appointment with a dietitian to tell me I am fat and to eat vegetables and fruit at 11am so I will pop them in rockwool cubes after that.

I thoroughly saturate the cubes then shake them until they are just damp.

I’m using a homemade fabric 16oz (equivalent) just for this!!
what’s in the fabric was to the rim of the hefty cup
adding 3 regular Scarlett Queen seeds to the mix for contingency’s sake.

16.9oz water bottle with top cut off = 16oz grow cup. . . Went straight into the soil just like mother nature intended
