Niceee! I just moved to the northeast of Rio but I am very near the beach, anywhere I did is just sand and salt.

It looks like you have a nice land with good soil and vegetation around.

The tree you you posted looks like a mango tree but I would need to see its leafs closer to confirm.

If you need help preparing the bed once you finished digging let me know. I used to grow a lot outdoors.

I usually dig way deeper when I do that. At least 1.5m deep in order to make the bottom of the bed very soft to help the rooting process as well as veg stage. Then before putting the plants on the bed I add a lot of bone meal (farinha de ossos), urea (ureia) and mix that with the losen soil.

It usually works wonders for the first months and the plants will grow huge!
