Making your own THC vape carts

Anyone have luck and good experiences here? Me and the wifey are both getting lung issues from flower, we both have had good experiences (( less lung issues or no lung issues)) with THC disposable vape carts for vape pens, but $40 per cart is a bit much.

We found guides on making our own using Magical Butter machine & Ardent FX Decarboxylator.

My big question for those who do make their own carto’s is do any of the terpines remain or are you stuck buying terps to add to the mix you make?

Start with concentrate of choice, do JarTek, fill cartridges, enjoy.

Try a dry herb vape, then you’re only getting the trichs theoretically. I use a Terp Hammer on a piece of glass. Better than breathing more stuff that you’re not designed to…

My vape cartridges we made years ago fell by the wayside.

My wife has a dry vape device, the 1st hit or three has flavor then not so much then burnt lawn. Could be the device.

Yep, same experience with the Pax.

The Volcano lets you vape flower and you don’t get that crap taste as much if you dial the temperature lower (I like 160-180C range).

I hear you on the cost of carts at the store and am curious about the same question you ask about having to source terpenes from doing a flower rosin press, before it can be added to a cart. There is a video that shows just heating the flower rosin to ‘thin’ it out, but I’m assuming they are also adding terpenes.

There are reusable devices that I’m hearing about (haven’t tried yet) that allow you to vape flower rosin, and other concentrates:

ty I will look into those devices.

noticed Resin and Rosin is expensive, and it’s pure could keep terpene flavor, so if you wanna use vape pen with resin or rosin, try use low temperature tech vape device, this could keep terpene’s flavors, temperature too high will broke the terpene. If you wanna find the low temperature device, could contact me.
