Hello everyone,
Hope everyone is good !
Back to the topic, I am coming back from south west earlier than planned, as the cyclone Dikeledi came a bit too close, after hitting Nothern Madagascar, Mayotte, Mozambique. ![]()
Could have been way worse.
I could find some interesting Malagasy Herb in that southern region, despite the low season and a very dry year overall. Here is some pics :
Well, at least the cyclone brought some much needed rain on the big island.
It’s very different from what I’ve been getting and makes me wonder even more how many different qualities there are. It’s still “traditional cannabis” (not the “hybrids” that I showed earlier, quality and price wise), but the colas are nice, it’s better sorted, the smell stronger, solid buds …
Forest, woody taste and aroma and a good high that is definitely pleasant. Sativa packed with a little punch then energy. Very authentic smell and high.
It’s obvious the freshness is due to the closeness of production source.
I am understanding that as a tourist, you’ll hardly find any good quality. Makes me think that the growing techniques are more advanced that I might have thought as well as the quality that is imported must be vastly superior.
Tsaranoro :
Isalo National park (Bara tribe Land) :
But now, as time goes, I can explain more and more what I am looking for … It is still quite seedy but yet really good. Those southern parts of the island know how to grow weed for sure. I still have to learn a lot about the tribes living there, how it is done as well as the local dialect. Always getting closer ! ![]()
It looks like some of that batch is cobbed in a certain way don’t you people think?
Thank you for reading, I am open to questions and opinions ! ![]()
Cheers ![]()
