Any fellow Marines come back with some seeds that they would like to share?
I have a nice pack of 2001 Afghanistan seeds I need to go through. They came from the war torn areas and were given to me by a good friend. I can only imagine what’s in these seeds
Seedheaven sells a helmand line brought back by Dutch or danish soldiers as well if I remember right it’s either derg corras or bald man’s stock
It’s sold out. That’s the one, I’ll keep a look out for when it come back in stock.
Maybe email them to see when hopefully it’s back in soon mate
That doesn’t mean it came from Afghanistan.

Heart And Soil’s Afghan Hindu Kush line came from a friend of the owner who was stationed in Afghanistan during the conflict. The F2 versions are pure and the others are hybrids
Greg says he got the original NL seeds from his friend Steve Murphy who wrote a book about growing and owned a hydro shop in Seattle. Now Greg is calling it purest Indica. But that’s relatively recently and before everyone just called it Northern Lights. Realistically it has to come from somewhere in the region of Uzbekistan, Afghanistan. or Pakistan because of the extremely wide leaf pattern.
Grew some stuff from early GWOT
A lot of it was actually crap.
I used GDP at a litmus test.
Paktika was the only one that was as good or better than GDP.
In fact, Paktika was very close to Blueberry Indica and similar to GDP.
Pakistan was much better, as was Tajik and Uzbeki (Jaw Breaker)
Lost all those to the fire gods.
My guess is actually southern Vs north like Kandahar or kabul unless they used one of the shorter ones from the north of course like balkhi/chimtal or mazari#2 perhaps then that make more sense
Yeah I’ve dealt with em before I’m from the UK bud but I know plenty of Americans who’ve got stuff from them no bother it was maybe op your thinking of man
