For some areas where aren’t legal to grow, grow lights with sunlike light and low noise might be a better option, if grow under a blurple light, it will be easier to be draw a attention. Personally, I think Mars TS is the one

HPS uses a high power bulbs to guarantee the light output, 
heat and energy will be more generated at the same time.
Mars TS1000 is 150w per draw, but the light efficiency is higher than HP250w, because of the right light spectrum, plants can absorb lights better, with less heat and energy generated. It can 
save 50% than HP250w in total.
One TS1000 cannot be a replacement of your HPS 600w, one TS3000 can help to get rid of your HPS 600W.
