They’re all the same just different names.
I know my light won’t yeild what it says mate.
I bought it cos its quiet. The plants are loving it.
The replacement light is coming tomorrow.
It’s just the same as the old one I’m assuming.
@Ghandisflipflop You have one of the spiderfarmer hlg 550 knockoffs? If so, how do you like it?
It’s fkn excellent mate, my plants are loving it.
Tax return? What’s that?
Ahh! Your must be a canadian.
Lol, or more likely he’s got no kids.
I claim my daughter every other year. I have to share claiming her with her mom. But, i still get a descent refund on the years i dont. Has a lot to do with how your tax forms are filled out with your employer.
I’ve got a kid, pay in like 35-40k a year and get back 1k if I’m lucky.while the people that used to live next to me make less than I pay in and get 10k back its fucked up
No mate,
just the 100 watter I take back what I said about it being excellent. It is a good light but it’s bs about it running at low temps.
I measured it before as I just went to check on my plants. 115 fkn degrees f.
My plants look cooked.
I’m gonna try dimming it a bit see if that helps.
Ain’t it fucked up how that works? If you actually need help and are trying to better yourself they make you jump through all these hoops, but if you just do nothing refuse to work and pop out a bunch of kids they hand you pretty much everything.
damn, i almost ordered the 100 watter last night for my 3x3 veg tent.
It would probs work out better for you.
My tent is only 40cm by 40cm by 120cm.
It’s in a cupboard also which doesn’t really help.
I’m going to order a taller tent once I have saved up a bit. That might help a bit…somehow
Do you have an exhaust system? That would help also.
Core a hole in the ceiling inside the cupboard mate. The heat is accumulating inside the cupboard as it has nowhere to vent. You’ll notice a massive temperature difference
Yes, I’ve just turned it up a notch and opened the intake flap right up.
I also drilled a few holes in the wall near the intake. I started panicking like fk afterwards cos I thought I’d drilled thru to outside. The cobs are the best in my situation but the yields aren’t as good.
Sounds like your grow tent is too small for that power light and do you have good intake and exhaust working , if not it will just be a hot box, Ventilation is Key.
Use your core drill and core a hole or 2 in the ceiling above the tent. Heat rises so it will vent into your loft space. Just go easy as there may be electrical cables running across the loft space. I reckon it will drop the temps to an acceptable level
It is mate yeah, It’s mad though because the meizhi is a higher wattage but didn’t get as hot…saying that that has a fan.
I just wanted a quiet light with low temps.
I can’t be doing that mate.
There’s workers that come out every so often to check the solar thing in the loft.
Not as easy when your parents are strict and I’d definetly hit a wire even if there were no wires there one would find me.
