it’s only 4 weeks cure but… ahh can’t wait anymore… love this stuff so much…
I’ll have many different stuff here … from summer grow & outdoors etc…
but there is nothing that come close to the haze… the uplifting euphoric effect is the best…
and it last too long…

the magic haze
we’re getting close the finish line…
well this was a test grow from seed without any topping or any other method …
just wanted to see how they grow in pot’s and if the organic way with biotabs gear works well with the haze… always looking for stress free grow methods and this one works very well for me… so the temp’s play a big role… since it’s cold and frosty I’ll only get 20°C on the top’s … it’s to cold an the plants start to finish faster… like in nature… I’ll could do better and add a heater but it’s good to see how they survive and do… next year will do the same… plant in summer … let grow in smaller pot’s (10liter) and when they start to flower in autumn transplant and flower indoors … promise … gives huge tree’s
should last some time …

so will use more the top’s for me and my friends/band etc…
first test was good… but too early … need little longer cure because it’s always full or half plant… these 4 meter plants sucks … think going smaller haha
outdoor harvest… it’s full the room… 13 plants in total there,
and some good stuff from last year… I’ll have a dehumidifier @ 65%RH that works like a charm … cold enough for long good cure …
last 2 are the harvested OHz in the basement … here I’ll like it when just a few are white and they smell strong for just a few day’s … second harvest window… and also like the third… when all are brown… later is not my cup…

slowly yellowing and the heads are most milky … just a few day’s when they smell stronger… than it’s the time… best the evening before but it’s not easy to know…

Howdy @Magu, I would assume the hybrids Sam made with the skunk came from his intensive work in Amsterdam. I say this mostly because the volume of Thunk seeds Sam shared to Gypsy’s Seed Boutique as freebies is great so that would lead me to believe they came from his intensive work with the lines in Amsterdam.
A quote by Sam from Icmag:
Real Skunk #1 is maintained by clones and has not changed in 20 years, the male clones were first selected from 10,000 males, and the first selects progeny tested before keepers were selected, good luck trying to smoke them all to test potency. Before that Skunk #1 was grown from seed each year and lots of males were grown each year, from just the best females from the years before, I think Skunk # 1 got better, but what do I know…
Unless you are refering to all the Skunk copies, seeds that are made using unknown skunk females and males, and sold to mostly unknown growers?
Here is another quote attributed to Sam from Icmag but I’m unable to find it myself, it reads like Sam’s writing. The Icmag search function is sadly lacking, in my opinion. So maybe it’s still available on the public forums, maybe it’s hidden behind the new paywall sections I’m unable to view, or perhaps it’s from now deleted thread. I’m unsure and wasn’t able to dedicate more time to search for it. At any rate here is the quote:

Howdy @MadMac , awesome posts as usual. It’s a treat having you around and continuing some of Sam’s work. Are you able to elaborate what you mean by the selected Skunk #1 male used in the private Think 2 cross compared to the Skunk #1 male used in the Thunk that went out as freebies to the masses? Or perhaps it was the same male used and the difference is a different female used for the private stock Thunk 2?
Also, I’m curious, did you happen to receive any of the South Indian x Original Haze work or any of the South Indian x Skunk #1 work from Sam during your recent meetings and acquisitions? I’m quite interested in Sam’s South Indian Kerala work having read quotes from him speaking highly if it. Looking back I’m a bit regretful that I never collected any of Sam’s work via The Flying Dutchman and now that seed company is defunct. I didn’t realize Eddies wonderful contributions to the community until after he sold off the company and the seeds became unavailable. Hope y’all Haze heads are having a wonderful day. that’s a good question… and to be honest I’ll have to ask Sam again… you have to imagine that I’ll had to test the best rosin he had there… and I’ll was sooo stoned that I’ll missed 3 times the right line for direction home… but I’ll remember that the skunk was different… I’ll think it was one that that was testet… but will ask next time when that above is ready cured and I’ll can show up

yes always… and last 2 weeks only pure water also with soil…
and if possible… 2-3 day’s darkness before harvest …
than 3 month cure @64% RH cold & dark…

well smoked already the Mango Haze and it’s one of my fav🔥 little early to judge… but my experience tells me this is really something special… see pic’s … a perfect haze hybrid with special terpene profile … 12 weeks from seed
