Man, have y’all seen this from Second Generation Genetics? Lineage is pretty sweet, but the color is spectacular! I know the picture is edited to look darker and blacker than it really is, but damn that’s dark ass dank!!
I had to buy a pack. Haven’t been able to stop thinking about it ever since. Can’t wait to grow it out years from now. It’ll be so cool to have bud like that. Might make some nice crosses too.
Also it’s DJ Short’s Blueberry, but it’s bred to Master Kush by his son JD Short. JD runs the crosses out of Second Generation Genetics. I didn’t know any of that until last night when I discovered him and that there was black leaf bud out there.
I know it helps to have a legendary breeder’s genetics at your disposal, but he has several cool sounding and cool looking crosses.
I know! Sounds so dumb, but I’ve got years worth of other things I’m more excited about, but I am pumped to have those as an option. Might do them sooner than later just to make more seeds and see what they look like fully matured, but even that has to wait some.
I know man, I know a lot of people think DJ and that includes Jd lost a lot of their magic after 1998, even if that’s true they have way too much experience and too many connections to be putting out bad stuff. I image most of it to be really good, I know it’s not the same as trying it, but the pics are awesome.
The Chem x CK looks so cool. @santero Did you grow out the ESKO yourself?
yeah, and there was also a clone making rounds in europe of that cross.
i got it from CZ and gave it to france/belgium ect. i don’t know if it is still
around, tho. the smoke leaned more to the CK side of things.
the “chem” esko used was from fem beans and not really reliable in terms
of traits and sexual stability, tho. i’d love to see this made with a “closer to
home chem”, if you catch my drift so i did hit CKpollen that @zanzibar

overall the mating/combination is really appealing, but it
needs to be (re?)made with really nice parental selection.
i still have some of those esko-beans left and want
to increase the batch to have a further look later on.
