I wanted to create separate topic for Midweek Song in the UK reviews.
Hello everyone, once in a while things do not go the way you plan them, and this has just happened to me. I bought some seeds from “Midweek Song” in the UK, and they didn’t send the original packaging and the seeds are all deformed and heterogeneous. I feel bad having to give a bad review of any seedbank, but i got played with these people.
Do not ever buy from them, and if anybody ask, like a good friend tell them NO.

Yes will do, you guys tell me if i’m wrong. Don’t think so.
One of the seeds felt weird and i crushed it and it was hollow… This is not from the breeder, i believe the person packing the order kept the real seeds, that or it’s a phony shop altogether.

Could that happen during transport?
Do you honestly think the breeder would pack these seeds original breeder’s pack and risk being ridiculously offended. This was the people at Midweek Song that replaced my seeds. I asked for the original breeders pack and the seeds came in a smelly proof bag…

No, I hear for first time about them. I’ve never received cracked seeds when buying online.

I did and “Tom” from midweek said that i exchanged the seeds myself and that the smelly proof bag is the way that DarkHorse Genetics packs the seeds, isn’t that a charm.

I will grow those first and look closely at their traits. But i bought 10 seeds and only like 5 or 6 seem viable.

In this age of smartphones, internet communications…old fashioned phone chats are unfortunately overlooked!

That is awful. I was going to say the seeds may have been tampered with in shipping. Then you said you confirmed that they were re-packed/shipped. Heard of it happening here in the states before. Completely empty seed pack, obviously tampered with.

Thanks @Kalgrae, what makes me feel bad is that they accused me of exchaging the seeds, they claim i got the real thing and then sent a picture of defective seeds that i ahd in stock. Yes, because i’m in the habit of collecting deformed seeds… Even the seeds i get from brick weed look more healthy than this ones. They accused me, just to evade responsability. I told them i would like to send everything back for a refund, and he said Good Luck, you paid by bitcoin.

I was mad when talking to them on email, but no anymore. Now, i guess it’s just sad.
And i got banned from ICMag… For posting this same thing on the international forums. Banned me. They are probably in bed with them.

Yup, that’s unfortunate, to say the least. First I’ve heard of this seller, but needless to say, I’ll be avoiding them. They seem to advertise on ICMag and Rollitup, among others, which is probably the reason for your ban. Sounds like others have had better luck, but their review on Seedfinder has a 6/10 for product quality, which I think says something. Doesn’t matter if they ship fast if they’re shipping crap 
I don’t even know how you’d manage to do that to seeds. Maybe repeated freeze/thaw cycles? I just took at peek at my old seed stash, circa 2001 and stored in a ziplock bag at room temp (which is to say, they’re quite dead), and didn’t see any cracks like that.
At least you have viable seeds from other sources, though it still sucks that they sent you garbage beans and didn’t even try to make things right.
