Miyagi's No-till Garden

Grow style: No Till/ Organic amendments

Source: Build a soil, and colorado local sources.

Soil consists of : Malibu soil, malibu compost.

Lights: 600w Vipar LED in the 2x4 tent, 600/750 de gavita in the 4x4 tent.

Carbon can filter and fan blowing air out of the tent for agheat control.

Co2 bag with the girls in the flower room, since they arrived as infant clones.

These seedlings are in 1 gals, normally i’d do fabric, but I had to make do with what i had clean. Lightly amended with insect frass, neem cake, and karanja.

10 Gallon pots are in 4th week of flower, and when those are harvested these will be transplanted right into those pots.

Using build a soil’s signature blend, and cover crop blend.

Looking good. I’ve used buildasoil’s composts before to boost micros in my no till pot. They all work great, however, the chicken compost needs cooking imo. It seemed to be a little too hot.

Recently I had to downsize my set up so family could move in. So i have down sized to two tents. 1 4x4 and 1 2x4. In the 2x4 i am running the VIPARSPECTRA* 600w LED for the seedlings. In the 4x4 i am rocking the Gavita 750de. The canopy height has made me dial the Gavita down to 600w and that seems to be sweet spot for a 24-26 in canopy distance, at least with the RARE DARKNESS & STARDAWG strains i am running right now. Ill post some updates on the flower room later tonight or in the weekend. They are on week 5 as of today. I stopped using t-5s for veg because I was tired of buying bulbs all of the time, and paying to dispose of them. This Vipar is dope, the growth on these flowers is stacking, and the stems are getting girth.

Edit: LED brand is VIPARSPECTRA, not VIPAR

Update
Layer cake seed update.

Mixed a half gallon and sprayed about 1/4th of that half gallon total. A mix a capful of neem oil and 1/2 cap full of karanja oil with a pinch of powdered soap nut seed. 2:1 neem: karanja. I sprayed top and bottom of every leaf, as well as all of the cover crop.

Next week I will switch it up and spray 2:1 karanja:neem.

Sourced oils from http://www.neemresource.com

Sounds good. Just remember to do it again every 48-72 hours. You’ll see a decline in the amount of gnats you have. You don’t necessarily have to spray the leafs as well those times, but I would simply because I like nice pretty shiny leafs.

A little star dawg nug porn from the last harvest.

As well as my latest additions to the garden. I will soak the beans for 6 hours or so, then put in a moist paper towel in an air tight baggie. One of the beans I don’t expect to make it, because it was crushed. I got this pack from @keylowclub at the JinxProof booth at INDO EXPO.

Thank you! I am honestly not sure which breeder it came from as it is a clone I get from my brother. It isn’t the best stardawg phone we have had either. There is one that is straight fuel “the underdawg” cut which is JJ top dawg for sure. It stood out to me because it was really hardy, and pest resistant. Loud funky smells, and bag appeal like a mofo. Put out big ass nugs, and thrived in any environment. I wish i had my hands on more top dawg fire. I guarantee you will be very happy with their beans. I wish i had more information on the different phenotypes, but I have only got my hands on two different clone varieties. This one is still pretty loud, and really resilient. Its just not quite as funky and potent as the other one.

Right on! Definitely love the build a soil mix! I use that along with good compost, and Microbe life’s line, coconut water, and SST’s. Not doing very much teas anymore these days. I gave these girls one of malibus teas.
