In the upper right hand corner of the UI, and also on the playback screen, there is a speaker icon… make sure it isn’t on mute
You can also scroll down to the “Download options” section and, click on MPEG4, it will show you the raw files that you can download to your local machine… they definitely play better locally.

I tried the speaker icon. It made no difference earlier. I’ll just download onto an external hd. Thanks again.
