I havenât listened to a lot of this stuff in a very long time.
I said I wanted to step away from world issues for a while and today I did. No news. Just maintaining a comfortable buzz, music, reading and Eva. 
Feeling much more mellow in the membrane.

BRRRR. -5F and it will probably go a few degrees colder. A few towns in CO are -20F this AM. Not record cold by any meansâŚbut cold. Weâve all been spoiled by above average temps all Winter.
As far as Durand/The IndicationsâŚtheir entire catalog just slays. Iâm glad you enjoyed it. There are a few small labels out there on both coasts that are promoting the older sounds. Many of the artists are Hispanic. Soulful grooves/original tunes abound. Like everything else I migrate toâŚit isnât a new formula/anything groundbreakingly new, it just isnât the same songs over and over again. (though there are some tasty cover tunes as well)

I used to really like winter and colder weather. But the younger I get, the that seems to change. I still donât like 100° either.

If Hawaii were affordable and wasnât filled with people that havenât got a clue⌠Iâd move there. The older I get, the more I DREAM of temps between 65 and 80 degrees year round.
Maybe global warming was planned by a bunch of old folks that hate the coldâŚ

I went and checked on my girls and boys a few minutes ago. I have one that i can never give enough to drink. Everyone else is still good after three days. This (Blue Dream) plant, if she goes wo days, the next morning her leaves will be wilted. Give her a nice drink? She comes right back. Crazy girl. But⌠I really should have given her a nicer home, like 5gallon bucket, instead of the 3gallon she is in.
But i must say⌠These plants have definately âhit their strideâ. They look better and better by the day, to my eye.
Zee does not look at them daily like i do, but about every three or four days she sees them. Her eyes always get big and she will go WOW those are really coming on strong. Ha. Shes a great woman!
