It didn’t go well but it didn’t go terrible either. I’ll have to have surgery on my wrist or my hand will become useless. The doctor called it “slack wrist” caused by torn or stretched tendons in my wrist.
The hand will become unusable if not dealt with soon.
The surgery has shown good results but it’s above the pay grade of this specialist so I am going to have to see a different one.

Hard to like this one my friend. At least it’s repairable, but sucks this is the route you will need to go.

I can’t say that I’m not nervous about all this @Golfnutt . But the guy did say he thought it hadn’t been too long ago to fix. My question is since it’s taken months to get to this doctor, how long will it be before I can even see the next one!?
This guy said it is important to move fast. I’ve never gotten to see a specialist quickly ever.

I guess that’s one good thing about being in the city. Didn’t he have any possible referrals for you? Hopefully this happens sooner than later. I’d be nervous too. No such thing as a routine surgery, especially if it’s happening to you.
