It’s getting where we won’t even have doctor appointments anymore. Just robots on a screen asking us to describe the issue so they can guess at what’s wrong. Then they’ll send a drone out with your new medicine…
I’m not down with the “new normal”.
How about we go back to people taking care of people?

He already knows I’m crazy or I wouldn’t be seeing him 
My primary doc wouldn’t script me for such things because she said she doesn’t know enough about it. She only knows enough to suggest it may help. I am very glad she is open to any/all things.
So ya do what ya gotta do/see who you need to see. Part of it is the DEA/etc. Like med pot…some docs won’t step out on the limb…

My Buddy said something about Dr visits. He said….”Seems like they run patients through like it was a Sale Barn”. My Doc retired and some Nurse Practitioner s took over. They woulda had me in there every month if I let em. Wound up changing to new Doc. Its all about $$$$$$ and seeing how many cows they can run through in a day.

In 2012 I was told that if I didn’t get the operation on my heart that they said I needed that I had a maximum 5 years to live. But I told them that cutting me open from throat to belly and breaking all my ribs was NOT going to happen that death sounded better to me. Needless to say they were playing on my fears to have them do the antiquated operation. I do not trust doctors AT ALL! Most are money grubbing greedy bastards that have lost their humanity………

Kinda similar situation here with me. Doc told me I need the heart operation or probably wouldn’t last more than 6 months max… been 14 months now and still kicking. Shooting for 101, just cause I’m contrary thataway!

We damn near lost Eva’s aunt to them bastards. They had her on a cocktail of meds that had her in a state of dementia they said was going to be her life from then on.
A young doctor at the hospital freaked out at the amount of useless meds they had her on. And after taking her down to three medicines, she came back to herself better than I’d seen her in 15 years. She’d been on these pills all that time!
How frigging cruel to put and keep someone in that state for profit.

In and out in 15 mins. (no…not that…but…) 
I like it. No driving to the doc/waiting for hours to be seen…by a narcissist pain doc who made me beg/sign up for epidural shots/procedures that never worked. He was so 'noided about losing his license he’d run you through the wringer to show he was doing >something< other than writing you scripts for hundreds of pills…
This guy has at least done the drug he scripts…like most folks who are involved in KAP/etc. Heehee. I like that as well. I ain’t yer guinea pig.
Remember “the synergistic effect” they talked about so much surrounding Karen Quinlan’s death? HOW do these docs know what interactions may be taking place when folks are eating handfuls of pills? E-yikeses…

I’ve come down from 15 different meds to only four. One of which is simple aspirin, feeling a lot better myself. But it was my own decision to get off all of those meds, no doc.
I say F’em! Glad the Aunt is better!
It DID, however, throw us into debt for all the BS testing,etc done during the extended hospitals (4diff) stays. About another 4-5yrs we’ll be out of debt!

I’m not thumbs up on the debt thing. That sucks and should not be happening. Forces a lot of folks hand to head into bankruptcy and all of the trappings surrounding it.

I always thought Roy Clark was an amazing musician, not only could he play the guitar, fiddle,
mandorin and banjo but was a master at each of them. He also played the harmonica pretty well!
