Mr. Huntington's Pump House

Because @MrHuntington is so kind, he graciously gifted the whole plant to be frozen and washed.

I finally upped my game and got a decent set of bags. It’s really made a difference. This 90u bag catches such quality, it’s really worth every dime if you are taking this a little more seriously than the $40 5-Gallon Amazon Bags.

There was approx 325g of fresh frozen biomass.

Freshly Pulled Fresh Frozen Deathstar.

Fresh Press 90u Jar.

90u Jar After 72hour Cold Cure and Whip
Great Terps, getting louder everyday. Very Earthy and sour notes. Packs a punch too.

Yield: 325g FF
-4.0g 45u Bubble Hash (50% Rosin Return)
-4.3g 90u Bubble Hash (74% Rosin Return)
-Total 8.3g bubble from 325g = 2.55% so I guess it wouldn’t be a commercially viable strain to wash, especially those who don’t even keep anything below 90u.

4g of 45u bubble:
-1.3g chunk trial run yield was about 0.68g
-2.7g remainder yield 1.35g

4.3g of 90u bubble:
-1.22g was pressed in a small trial batch, yielding 0.94g.
-Remaining ~3g was pressed, yielding 2.22g hash rosin.
-Total 90u rosin ~3.1g, highest % return I’ve personally ever achieved.

Well, these last few weeks have been bonkers. This is the first I’ve really logged on in that time. Gotta catch up on some reads. Still haven’t finished the Blumat, time just hasn’t been there, I’m basically care taking for my brother for the next 3-6 weeks, I’m getting my own surgery in 3 weeks from today. I’ll be down in the lab this week, gotta get this shit done! Probably not going to set up the Blumat this cycle. 1. With the AutoPots in one tent, I don’t want to over extend myself learning two automatic watering systems on the same cycle. 2) I’ll be on a 10lb restriction for 3 weeks post surgery, so getting the reservoir where I need it for the Blumat is going to be hard.
Josh is coming along, just topped 4/6 today.

The search is over. Went to a wonderful event in Athens today. Picked up some goodies. :green_heart::green_heart:

Surgery this past Monday, not comfortable 90% of the time, all good, blessed to have a fix for my problem, there’s so many people that are going through way worse than I am. Anyways, flipped the lights on my no till Sunday, she’s booming. AutoPots get turned on tomorrow :green_heart:. Mini pheno hunt going good, so far out of veg, I know which of the three I like most. Be interesting to see how that changes once I flip in a couple of weeks.

Glad to hear surgery went smoothly, and I hope the recovery progresses quickly.

Plants (and pup) are looking good!

Appreciate you my guy!! Thanks, I’ll be pretty hands off until defoliation. Just physically challenging to do much.

So, I’m 8 days in on the auto pots, and I’ll be flipping later this week. It’s amazing the difference in 8 days, definitely doubled in size, hit a learning curve a few days in, that fortunately, I was able to diagnose immediately. Wild when the :bulb: clicks, and you’re like ohhhhhh yeah, derp. So day three of the system being on I opened the ten and the leaves on the top had all tacoed, and I’m like hmmm , lights at about 3’ above canopy and at 70% power, what’s going on here… Then it hit me, the light is being absorbed differently now that I have proper watering. So I raised it about 4" and dialed it back to 50% and things are looking great!

Took 3 cuts off of each of the 3 phenos of the sour driver, and took about 6 off of the sour tangie.

The Josh D OGKS is looking proper, been finding out she seems happy if I feed when she hits the mid 30% moisture range in the bed 34-37% and I put in 5-7% gets her up to the 50% range. Began checking for herms today, she’s on day 15 from flip. Tough, cause I can only stand upright for so long at the moment, so it might be a 2 day process, but nothing but love from the raised bed so far. Looking forward to doing some defoliation at the end of the week!

Life is still lifing, starting to see the light head, caught a case of the cocksucking broad mites in one tent:man_shrugging:t4:, was fortunate and proactive enough to not have any more problems than that one. Blessed for what I hope is a bountiful harvest yesterday! To anyone seeing this, I know I’ve been a ghost on here the past few months, enjoy :man_dancing:t4::cold_face:
