well it is that time again, time to get some seeds popped and vergging, I chose bog bubble and project 25 by Copa for this run. Pretty excited for this year. Got my feet wet last year hope this year is better.
And I have 3 p25 above soil, 2 are growing strong, 1 is shedding its helmet and 1 is not doing much at all. It has put out a taproot but is not really growing
Time for a update, things are cruising along the bog bubble are very uniform in growth, getting their first set of leaves. The 4 in the back row are the bubble
These 2 are slow growers. But they are sprouting, didn’t think they where going to make it but they seem to be pretty strong

These bog bubble are some strong growing plants. They are getting the first true set of leaves should pick speed now .
Hope everybody had a great weekend
Missed your start, but I’m caught up and tuned in now.
I too hope for a nice warm dry October, though I won’t have any weed outside I plan to grow giant corn again. Which reminds me I need to start it soon. And so many other things. Props to you for starting early - however big they get, at least you didn’t let time slip away from you. And I love big plants anyway
I really been slacking in updates. Weather here is getting better slowly, warming up and more appearances by the sun. Really looking forward to the summer.
Plants are all in 1 gallon buckets. Except for LA Alfie which I only have 1 of since the other didn’t make it. I will be moving it to the 1 gallon probably at the end of the week or next week
They are all looking pretty good still mix is a little hot, but not burning tips yet. Plan on keeping them in the 1 gallon till transplant into 15 gallon in May. They are getting some stank to them which I love . Excited about this years outdoor.
Need to update my thread, thanks for stopping bye. I am getting ready to get these girls transplanted to 15 gallon containers . Should be this week sometime
But I have also been busy getting these girls into 15 gallon containers. I transplanted about 3-4 weeks ago but it has been nothing but crappy cold and cloudy /rainy weather for a good portion of that time, just now in the last week or so the weather has turned sunny…
Now the weather has shifted to the other extreme we are in the mid 90s today through Wednesday, I believe Wednesday it is supposed to be 100. Hope not.
First up is a BOG bubble shorty, starting to get its stretch on
That’s gonna be a sweet pit @Mrgreenthumb ! Don’t push too hard and stroke out in the heat! Damn sun is hot theses days. Your plants don’t seem to mind though, off to a great start to the season. Here’s to a smooth and easy one.
Yeah - this weather is not making me happy. A whole month of Junuary and now it’s like we’re fast forwarding straight to August. Last year the same pattern ruined my blueberry crop, but two days ago I finished installing drip irrigation for all of outdoors. No dried up berries for me now!
