I have nothing that’s Co2 & wifi/bt/‘smart’ Like. all the meters are offline. even the AC Infinity CO2 controller, no wifi/bt. I end up putting the meter where I can see it with a webcam.
I get a bunch of stuff ‘free to review’. Last good drop was this pile. plus the “grid panel” board. I need to get that setup, and some cable management. It’ll clean stuff up a lot. That VPD gun is great for the Leaf Offset temps, and spot-checking the corners/center areas.

Is that vpd gun more accurate than a temp thermometer? @synapse57
This one is about the same as that other one… but the AC Infinity one has the “LEAF OFFSET” on there. makes it super easy.
“temp thermometer” oh… you mean hygrometer? like Temp/RH%. it does that as well on the ACI one, to calculate the leaf offset for you. So. It’s doing a different step. It’s measuring the temperature of the leaf. just like the red IR one, except that one just says “62.3F” the ACI ones says “62.3F Leaf Offset -5.2f Temp: 67.5f, RH% #, and VPD #” like that.

I don’t use a leaf offset with my ACI, the leaves are very close to ambient in the tent. I’m not sure if manufacturer’s gets how LED’s work.
good for you. I don’t have a tent.

I wouldn’t doubt it can be done in the open as well, I just don’t see a difference in temperature from the leaf to ambient.
That makes it so I cannot use any VPD chart.

Nice i saw them on the site… wouldnt be bad for led users being is vpd charts are inaccurate for led, most of them anyway…
I thought leaf offset was a 3° difference? Its 5?
Thats odd… i use led and i have offset from abmient to leaf surface temperatures… its just a different margin than if using hps… but it still exists

Chopped 2 males out of the hydro-tote. Those Cherry AK & Cherry pie crosses are getting big. The one male STANK. like. wow. and the other female grew into the camera that’s over in the corner. Time to move the camera out of there. These things got blasted with IR light all night. Refilled the water, too. and watered like 20 gallons into the grow bags. Gave them Recharge, mycelium, humic acid, and nitrogen. That’s usually a good get-growing mix.
I need to get the water drippers in next. I’m not hand watering another grow. back to lazy and scheduled.

Tote plants got really big. Cherry AK & Cherry Pie crosses. Chopped out a couple males. like the one that was braided. That’s a 10w IR light, at night. Seems to make the plants stretch a whole lot. It’s on about 10 mins after lights out.
I think the plan is to make a 2nd tote, and put the Luxor’s Chocolate CBD clones in that one. Those are the 2 shorter plants in the tote right now. This DWC setup is really easy, as long as I remember to dump more water in there. Those 5 gal soil grow bags took another gallon each today. They were super dried out. Next step is the water drippers. I’m not sure if the 1/4" tubing is gonna be enough to put 16 on one pump… or use 2 pumps. maybe 8-10 each. That’s my usual way to set it up. I’m still cleaning, and making space for the water reservoir outside of the grow room. Then the air bubbles for that, and the pumps. Tomorrow’s goals.

New AC Infinity AI controller. Swapped out the spot the 69PRO controller was at. I still need that grid board on the wall there. CO2 sensor is pretty neat. Light sensor is pretty boring. just says 100%.

Plants are all looking huge, compared to being in solo cups just a few days ago. Hydro-tote plants got stupid big. So did those Luxor’s Chocolate CBD clones in there. I think a 2nd tote for only that strain is in the plans.
I’m still going back n forth on topping these or not. all regular seeds. Usually I top them, and keep the top 4 nodes. 2 branches on each side. Hmm. idk either way. but. the time’s about now. The ones in the hydro-tote got topped, but that didn’t stop them from being huge branches. Maybe we’ll just do a nice 4-way, 2 node.

This has been the biggest pain in the butt. They didn’t include the power cord. 2 weeks later, they put the stand & “a” power cord, the 277v one, on vine. Like. C’mon. I’m taking a free sample light, now I gotta wait 2 weeks for the wrong power cord. I bought the regular power cord in the mean time, for $10. It has the 110v adapter for a normal outlet. Gonna hook this into the RJ12 UIS adapter for the AC Infinity controller.
Just been a run around. Like… c’mon light companies. Wanna be premium? include the damn power cable.

135w ION Under canopy lighting. RJ-12 UIS adapter for the AC Infinity AI Controller. Once I got all the pieces/adapters/stands, everything fit together pretty nice. This is my first time using RJ-12 dimmers.
I moved that 9" fan over there, too, and plugged it into the AI controller.
Now… to weave some water lines thru all this.

Finally topped everything. Got the new supply of pyrethrin and captain jacks. Everything sprayed down, nice n clean. There’s a whole pile of cherry tomatoes in the other corner, along with a tote full of tall cherry ak capegoat crosses.
Happy Easter.

gotta find the other set of water droppers. The ones I wanted to use were actually a different style. I have another bag of them around here somewhere.
Harvested all the Cherry tomatoes which was about 3 dozen. Now I can make a salad with the lettuce harvest from the other day.
