My Blumat classics are running too slow, how do I clean

Been using 4 Blumat classics for 6 months now and I’m noticing they aren’t giving as much water as they used to. I did have some algae buildup at one point so I pulled the carrots out and rinsed everything out the best I could and reinstalled but the system is still running too slow to be useful even with the water supply raised up. Any advice for how to clean and reset into my plant?
