My Bubble hash making tech

If you can find one of these vintage Makita drills

The little thumb wheel on the trigger lets you set how far you can depress it thus once set squeeze as you like , same speed all the time .

Is it possible to use a fan controller to slow the drill down?

I’m going to be making my first batch of bubble in the next few weeks and I’m worried about over mixing.

It should.

It should work but you could lose torque quickly if it’s cutting the voltage with no frequency increase. ← quoting people smarter than me.

Instead of going through all that you could buy a drill
with variable speeds fairly cheap:

Better have lotsa batteries for that one and be prepared for the release of the magic smoke when it gets too hot .
Low speeds do not generate a lot of air flow by the internal fan for cooling .

Love your Barbie wheel barrel!
After 45 years as an arborist I am glad I am now retired. Good to see you trying to do your own thing. I had my own business for years. At the very end turned down a line clearance contract for 2 million dollars. Hated it when I worked for Asplundh, Davey, and Bartlett. Money isn’t everything, enjoying what you do makes life a lot more enjoyable……., For me it was the challenge of large takedowns over houses and diagnosing sick trees and being able to save them. Not so much if I couldn’t though.

Marcus says making full melt is a 20 year rabbit hole. MEH! Try, a month. It’s really not that hard

Actually I don’t think I’ve ever said this but I find when marcus bubbleman lets rip with a stream of gibberish about making hash, I find it to be the most hilarious shit on the planet. Ohh my! Sometimes I almost die inside of laughter. Ehh whatever, lol! we all say some hilarious shit. His sound bites are particularly delightful.

There are a few other gibberish speakers out there but a few nuggets of knowledge do make it’s way through.
A lot of them might make hash but marketing is their main business .

The real truth is the entirety of the hash making process can be put into a 10 min video. Then anyone can be a champ!

Insert shamless plug for own video here

I’ll give the video a 9.5/10 only b/c the voice didn’t say “acccelllllerrrrratttttttioooooooooon” when you spun the bag around.

Have any ever tried using one of these little mini washers

ooo good question. I’ve heard rumors of people just using furiously bubbling water to make the bubble hash, instead of mixing or stirring.

If they will work in the cold water it would definitely make good hash I ordered one will let know how it does

I Ve been thinking of those but It seems they are too weak to generate a vortex

I watched a few review videos and looked to be enough of a vortex don’t want it to strong just enough to break the heads off they have washers like this but lots more money
Will up date when I use

I’m extremely interested in the results! From the rumors past people would put an air pump in there and let the bubbles furiously roil the ice water. Oh yah, purpose being you don’t break off bits of the plant. Always been curious but never tried it for some reason.

Right don’t need much to just enough to break off the frozen heads and not plant material

lol! I said fucking “roil”, who talks like that?
