A few small bite marks? and that’s it.
I don’t think this is a nutriment issue and it doesn’t look like a mould or fungus.
My guess is something like a virus as it is going for the secondary veins and not the space between them.
I’d suggest adding some silica to the soil next time that’s supposed to improve the plant’s immune system…
