Hell ya bro! That’s awesome to see it getting back with the program! Plants leaves and foliage can handle the heat once the roots start getting upwards of 100-110 it’s bad news, glad there wasn’t to much damage down below
I had my greenhouse get up to 160 last year a few times but always was watering the roots to keep em cool when it happened and the plants survived so def something to keep in mind
Established plants with lots of shade over the root zone u usually don’t have it become an issue in the 100-120 temps, same to keep in mind come flower season not to defoliate till we’re out of extreme temps. I have several of my plants showing signs of starting flower and @TestOfOath faygo cola I’m running is in full blown flower

Is that from being in the shade? If so I didn’t realize that indirect light had such a little effect of outside plants. So am I better to keep em in the shade of tall cane grass that the wind blows and provides spotty light, under a 30% shade cloth? I guess out in the open isn’t ideal l.lol
Should I defol the ratty ass leafs or leave them as a sublock of sorts?
No, just an earlier flowerer, actually have two going out there of faygo cola and both are flowering so def the genetics. I wouldn’t try to get the plant shaded, was more saying if it had a nice canopy of leaves it should help shade the roots for future grows. If u got fried leaves just pull em, they aren’t any benefit to the plant at that point

I have a friend who lives in a desert climate with those horrific high temperatures. Something he does is takes burlap and wraps it around his pots and several times during the hottest parts of the day he wets it down with the garden hose to help keep the roots somewhat cooler. He grows some beautiful plants.

Thanks @AzSeaindooin420 for info and @lovedaautos that is a great idea thank you.
I’ve got 4 faygo cola hoing in my greenhouse as well and some weird shit going on too. Theyre at the back side which is the fence line which is ever so slightly more shaded than the rest of the greenhouse. They’ve revegged when put out, somehow gone into flower, and are now revegging a 2nd time at 5-7ft tall with single blades. Oppisite side of the greenhouse is I96 started to show signs of flower. ICC in the middle is 10ft tall not showing signs of flower, along with other Pure Michigan crosses not showing signs.
Weirdest year of growing I’ve had to date.

Ya probably. If you’d like a cut I’d have to ask @originaldankmaster96

I think I will see him at the cannabis camping weekend.
Maybe @OriginalDankmaster96 would be up for a trade…

So the deal with cuts is NOT UNTIL I have to shut down and put the plants in repository status
@Bobgrows You’ll be seeing my growing and work represented. Living with older folks in 70-80’s hinders my coming and going’s, and if I lose my place to grow… so I’m literally a hermit these days

Was hoping to see you there. I understand.
Take care.
So your stuff is being judged? @OriginalDankmaster96

Yup, the original A and B. IF no one else has pine/mint/funk to enter, I believe it will be a foregone conclusion with how rare it’s getting these days

The claw! If I remember right, it could be a nitrogen thing. Lemmi do a little digging…
Ok, it could be a number of things. Here’s some pretty decent info for ya bud. You can do the process of elimination.
Clawing is mostly indicative of over fertilization or overwatering, unless from heat. Maui C waiting for the tent has clawed leafs at 500-600ppm so some plants are finicky. Perhaps dilute down your feed by 1/4 and raise Ph to 6.5 -6.6, see how they respond to adjusting.
