@pigeonman so here’s my Jew gold.

she is 13 in from top layer of soil. Up potted about a week ago. Do you think she’s ready for flower or should I give another week for roots to fill new shoes? Also topped 5 days before upppot.
from .75 gal plastic to 3 gal fabric pot. Thanks any insight would be appreciated!

@TeddyNuggets I see you are on so I’m tagging you then typing the question lol. Give me a sec. See that line green clone above in the airport? I came healthy idk 4-5 wks ago and I put into 2.5 air pot and got the soil drenched all the way through. I’ve been watering lightly every 5 days waiting for soil in lower to dry. Now I have dry top dry bottom and wet center. Should I just let her dry then just hit with pH water maybe?

@420noob hey dude!! I can’t remember but thought it was you asking about drying in a cardboard box. I do that an said I would show it when I threw one together!

Right on thanks for remembering. Do you ever line it to control absorption, or close the lid. Actually do you cover or just close the box? Thanks again for remembering @Hotrods_and_hounds also did you ask about a 90’s kush clone?

I do close it, and nope I don’t line it the cardboard absorbs the moisture but won’t over saturate. I cut a couple flaps and open or shut them depending on the humidity in the house. I have one plant in another box and it will be on day 9 of hanging and just starting to get ready to have limbs be dry enough to snap.

Also just about once or twice a day I open the flaps fully and Dan a paper plate on the low side and do kinda like an air exchange.

Just a quick fyi about my situation the rh was 23% today in my home and 38% in my plant room. Does a dry environment like this still work with same principles?

Yeah I would probably then leave the flaps just cracked open a little bit and only fan like once a day juts a bit. Or smaller port holes.

Have you been feeding her anything?

She looks like she might be locked out to me, and/or needs food. Well, she definitely needs food. It’s just whether she’s starving or locked out. I’m guessing locked out if you have been feeding.

I had a similar issue recently with one of the plants that was in that bad bag of soil I got. It took me weeks to get her right again. She was just totally locked out, not taking up nutrients.

You can see she’s super pale green here with the purple/red stems. I knew there was food in the soil but She was locking out on me hard.

Had to let her dry out. Then I started hitting her with some foliar sprays. I did a compost tea with micronutrients (+ magnesium), and nitrogen.

I also hit her with a heavy dose of microbes when I watered again (compost tea and LAB in separate waterings) and gave her a good full spectrum general feeding (NPK + micros) and humic acid + enzymes + amino acids.

Here she is like 10 days later:

And another week later. You can see I was still fighting it, but a lot better than it was!

What kind of soil are you in? What are you using to feed? Liquid nutrients? Dry amendments? What do you have on hand?

It could be a ph issue in the soil, or from the overwatering. You could do a flush (just 15% runoff is fine, I’m not talking gallons and gallons of water) with ph’d water with a mild nutrient solution and microbes (if you have any). Also some humic/fulvic acid and enzymes in the flush if you have any (the microbes, humic acid and enzymes can all help unlock nutrients in the soil). Then once the soil dries a bit, try feeding her. Or top dress with organic nutrients before the “flush”.

Or if you haven’t been feeding, I would give her a good dose of nutrients (NPK + micronutrients) now.

Ya I’m kinda slightly spray bottle water top roots waiting for middle of air pot to dry. Used some bbp but moisture meter still reads into moist in center.

How heavy does the pot feel when you pick it up?

And what is BBP? (sorry, I’m blanking. lol)

What kind of soil?

If you have a dry top and bottom, and the pot feels relatively light I’d try watering. Give her food in the water if you have any, or do a mini reset flush like I mentioned above.

I’m headed to bed for the night man. I’ll hop back on tomorrow and check in with ya.
