They test for Ph, Lux. And moisture.

or pick up the pot after watering to gauge how heavy it is wet and then pick it when it feels
light is time to water
finger does work best as it is connected to your brain
Any of you guys use EC meter?
This thing shows if you are over/ underfeeding your plant. Have you guys ever tried this? How efficient is it?
I myself have never used it but I know some others here have.
U doing great work there

If the first half inch or inch of soil is dry give it a good watering and repeat. Before you know it youâll be able to tell just by looking at it. All great answers. Just experiment until you find what your good at. Happy growing!
It will tell you how many nutrients are in your water. Itâs nice to know, but probably better if you start with pure water. Tap water will already have some particles in it.
Yeah, Iâll start with water fosho.
But sometimes I think I am not accurate with my dosage. For example, my current grow is definitely overfed as I spray P nutes on the leaves every weak, even tho the instructions say to spray every two weeks. And I added nutes without measuring it, even tho the instructions says 1gr per 2 liters.
I know I did a terrible job on that. Our eyes are the worst meters
Just keep getting better man. Always measure. Youâll be pretty good, soon.
My soil definitely has some coco in it. Here in China they always mix soil with coco, I donât know if itâs the same in other countries. I think itâs around 30% if coco in the soil, + it has a tiny amount of perlite. What do you guys think if I add 20% of perlite in this mix? Wonât it be too fluffy? Will fluffy soils affect the growth?
I know for photos itâs important to have a solid soil because the strain can loose stable position. Or maybe I am wrong.
I am gonna make a video on the soil and upload on YouTube. You guys check the mix and if you say to add, I will.
I think adding 20% perlite can only help . Better drainage .
It all depends on how often you want to water. You may have to water more than 20% more often. Especially once the roots saturate the medium. During the rainy season it could help. It all depends on what you are going for. Coco should help with aeration. If itâs working man, I wouldnât change too much.
Day 45 flowering. The plant is becoming less interesting now. Nothing much to do. I am just going up and watering it with pH 6.3 water
From what I have watched on YouTube, I think I have either Sulfur deficiency or P overfeeding.
It says that due to overfeeding you may have lockout. I know that I did overfeed my plant, and now I canât understand if I have to wash the plant or feed some epsom salt.
But even if the problem will be solved I canât understand it because it wonât produce any new leaves from now. Maybe I should cut it off.
Your doing fine! Thereâs nothing wrong with it its just getting old and maturing. Some close ups would be nice because itâs prolly pretty close to being done
You donât want to chop too early, those buds put on the most weight towards the end of their life. I would give it at least to day 55.
I have a tendency to do both methods I have wicks even going through a 2 gallon smarty currently just dangling in water I find that the occasional top water will take dry nutes and top dresses in to the media more effectively that what Iâm hoping anyways and I always take the pot and water it over another collection container .
I believe the plant is just entering senescence it natural for it to loose its color along the way just like the fall colors in tree leaves preparing for winter
Yep, all of the plantâs energy is now going to forming flower and not the leaves anymore. Nice job bro. Waiting is the worst part of this sport, lol.
I took a sample and smoked without washing, wet plant. And I am freakin high now. I donât wanna sleep, but I donât wanna do anything either. I am eating a lot. Philosophical thoughts, beautiful vocabulary, deep topics, deep conversations, extraordinary arguments, and etc.
Friends series seem funny too much.
Overall I liked it.
I am taking the plant down tomorrow
