Just wanted to share this cause it was a lot of work it get it all set up and running smoothly.
I’m often too busy to mix nutes and clean reservoirs with all the stuff I got going on and was having a bunch of trouble with pumps failing and stuff like that so I took a bunch of time and money and invested in this system.
Started with just one line of dosatrons for my flowering tents but I finished building it out a few months ago to fully automate my grow setup.
It’s very much overkill for what I’m doing as a home/hobby grower but I can leave it alone for days or even weeks at a time without much to worry about.
The dosatrons are supplied via a 55 gal res of RO water. I have three, 5 gal batch tanks. One for flower, one for veg, and one I dilute for mother plants. I use growlink and another company to control the valves but will be switching everything to growlink in the future. Highly recommend their platform, it’s great
Running Jr croptech currently with hypochlorous acid.
Its not nearly as impressive lol. I have a 4x4 and a 5x5 for flower and a 5x5 and 2x4 I use for moms and veg. Eventually I’m gonna build out rooms in my basement but it’s gonna be a while until I get to that.

It’s not overkill if it works! Great job on the setup. You’re an inspiration to me. I’ve been putting off getting my irrigation system together too long. Thanks for sharing, I’m very impressed
A grower after my own heart! As a fellow fully automated grower, applause! I have always wondered what this would look like at home. Got to say, pretty intimidating just looking at it. My auto soil set up seems pretty simple in comparison.
Yea I bit the bullet on a dab pump lol. Amazing pump though, worth every penny so far.
I’m running Jr croptech tech which is just a 2 part with pH up. It’s similar to jacks 321 and other dry salt lines like Athena. The first doser is the HOCl and then the top row is flower (flower then calnit then KBiCarb as pH up) and the lower row is veg (same order just veg instead of flower). I was thinking of adding some enzymes that you can can mix into the stock tanks from front row ag but I’m not sure if I’m gonna on the regular yet. I tried it out for my last grow and it generated a ton of biofilm in the mixers.
That pump is no joke I use one commercially and it runs beautifully. growlink and that fertigation system for some tents is crazy(in a kickass way) for some tents. Easy to expand from there lol
