Your substrate is looking like crap. Plus it’s probably over watered

Start with good soil bud. Fox Farm Ocean Forest

Well I would speculate from the stretching of those plants that you do not have enough light or it is too far from the plants. Your soil looks very saturated and with the leaves dying off at the bottom I would guess overwatering which has led to root rot. The leaves will droop like that because there is not enough root system to properly uptake water due to root rot.

I also am with OrganicGorilla on the substrate not looking good. All of those wood chips in your substrate will lock up nitrogen as it is used to break down the wood. Personally I like pro-mix.

Id say transplant but the one looks like an autoflower.

Saturation nute lock out poor substrate needs perlite that looks like potting soil made from topsoil that comes from the dollar store. That stuff is good for patching lawn seed about it

So the main thing is switch out the subtrate to fox farm forest do you think they could possibly bounce back? and how should soon I do this transplant?

You can try and Dry it back a bit and see if it bounces back but its going to be set back awhile.Be paitent with it it might bounce back

A diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide can be used sprayed directly onto the roots can add oxygen and kill pathogens. The method is to remove the plant from the pot and trim off dying roots (brown and squishy). Spray with 3% H2O2. Then repot in new, better potting mix.

I try to start seelings in plain soil no nutes seedlings dont need feed for two weeks they have just enough nutrient’s-in the seed to get them to around 2 weeks or so before they start to get hungry.I start them in this Soil it plain with a touch of silica in it for thick stems black gold holds alot of water so watch the soaking.i transplant them in soil that has been amended with Dr earth dry amendments and cooked for 2 weeks or i use a good organic premix soil.Indicanja isnt to shabby and they don’t fortify it with synthetic Nitrogen like Ocean Forest or other Foxfarm soils makes killer rootballs Coast of maine Stonington blend is another good one

In all honestly bro, id start from scratch with new seeds and new potting soil. Be careful of over watering them. Fox Farm Happy Frog is a perfect starting soil to use

Pretty much everything that’s been mentioned above - but I would even transplant the autoflower (that is an autoflower, yes?).

The sooner you get good clean soil with some perlite (or even a lot of perlite), the sooner they will bounce back.

Cleanup the roots if rotting, and put some of that mycos into the holes you replant them in. You can also mix extra mycos into the soil before potting.

You’ve still got a good shot at getting them well established. After they bounce back you can start thinking about ferts and such…just get them healthy first

Im going to agree with @OrganicGorilla on this one.Start from scratch if you can.I mean yeah it could bounce back but your going to have some loss on plant production and its going to have to take some time and resources to get right again time that could be spent on a healthier plant that will be much more Vigorous making up for the lost time.I have a gut feeling you would get a better return on a new batch that you focus on the Core being of your media and correct that and watch the watering get yourself a soil probe thier pretty cheap and last for years i use mine everyday and it will save you the guess work the light sensor and PH meter on them dont work half a damn but the moisture probes are dead on.You will never have a overwatering problem if you have a probe and can read a simple gauge just stick it in the dirt read wipe off easy peasy lemon squeezee. You do fine you will overcome this

I’m also in favor of a restart. You’ll waste just as much time and effort trying to baby what already look like weak, stretchy plants. Take note of what was done wrong and just use it as a learning experience.

The middle plant is savable, but you need to get ER’ into something way lighter and fluffier, that soil (if you can even call it that) looks dense and almost woodsy chips that I grow outdoor mushrooms on. I used to use roots organic from the hydro store when I used bagged soil, but I’m sure MG is better than what you have at this point. I’m sorry for your loss, and definitely lower the light, you can get a cheap meter to dial everything in.

I’d recommend switching to a seed starter mix until the roots develop. They aren’t beyond saving I’ve had seedlings that were in wayyy worse condition grow up to be healthy plants :+1:
