Just wanted to give my experience for anyone thinking about buying grow tent stuff off temu.
I bought 2, 4x4x6.5’ tents, cheapest USa seller. Was $70 each. They are the same exact generic Chinese tent you see. I put wax on my zippers and it’s a nice tent. Same stuff for sale on Amazon for $130.
I bought 3, 4 inch fans for $7 each. They came with 8ft of tubing. The fans are okay. Pretty weak but I bought the lowest CFM version. Loud, would not want it next to my bed.
I bought an 8 bucket dwc kit for $110 and they sent am the fucking 4 bucket version the sells for $70 and called it a listing error. Scam, but I got a full refund though
I got 2 carbon filters, 4 inch for $22 each. They work. And they have screws on the caps so I can replace the sheets. Seems lower quality than a riveted ac infinity style.
I would never buy a light from temu, to much of a fire risk. I used a virtual credit card but data theft is a real concern from temu. There are ethical issues with temu as well
I used the 20% new customer coupon and got everything for well below Amazon. Like the fans are $18 without ducting on Amazon. I’m willing to take the data and scam risk to save a bit.
In the end I’m happy with the tents and still annoyed that I got scammed on the buckets
