Mysterious single wilt out of 16

Well it’s gone. It was bent way over and drying out. Leaves getting crispy. Under the cup, bits of soft roots. I’m thinking 6 top watering were too much even though short at 10 mins OR suffocated by the larger roots. The rest are still fine w praying leaves, so if it’s one loss, better than the whole crop going to shit
