I have had good delivery results with Neptune Seed bank and they have a good assortment of breeders but I can’t figure out their Canna Rewards system. I have points in my account but when i go to checkout I can’t figure out where to apply them. I see nothing in the cart checkout and I’m either blind or Neptune isn’t providing a place for the points redemption. I only see the Coupons field, apply store credits field (didn’t work here) and notes field.
I asked Neptune where to apply and they said at checkout. I asked for a screen shot and I’ve not heard back yet but was wondering if anyone has used and redeemed Neptune Canna Points?
I’ll check them out, but for now I have points to redeem at Neptune, that I shall redeem lol. If they offer the points, they need to make good. Just need to identify if it’s on me and I’m blind and can’t see the field for the Canna Points, or if they are bait and switching. This is more about finding out the Canna Points issue and less about different banks. I have a pretty large selection of banks that I use now and have not used Neptune in a year but I’m really curious about the Canna points since I can’t figure out how to use them.
It’s been a about two days without a reply from them so far. The points may not be worth much but they should at least be redeemable so I’ll keep reaching out to them. If anyone finds info on how to redeem please post here. I’ll update this once i hear back from their support.
Still no reply from Neptune. Appears their site is lacking a redemption method. If they resolve it in the future i’ll try and update here. For now it appears they don’t allow the points to be redeemed.
Here is the update. I hope everyone sees this. Neptune has a very large seed list and breeder list so I’m excited to say, this fixed their site. Canna rewards are now available to apply at checkout.
