NEW Ac infinity controller 67

I was talking with a guy at AC infinity about some fan options and he offered me 75% off the controller 67 so I wasn’t passing that up. There was a card in the box saying I was selected as a beta tester for a new app which is really cool.
This new controller has TON’S of options which i absolutely love and Bluetooth with complete control over all the setting via Bluetooth.
Unlike my old controller this one allows you to set a low speed along with high speed. The old controller was either 100% on or off but this controller allows you to set ramp up speeds. You can also set scheduled run times or just set timers. You can also set alerts and track history.
This has so many more useful options that the old model just didn’t have. I’d say its definitely worth upgrading if any of you are using the old controller.

That’s awesome to know. Thanks for showing us

Absolutely, I wish i had known sooner. As long as your fan has 2 wires coming out of the fan you can use this new controller but if only 1 wire it won’t work.

That low speed setting is worth the price of admission.

I like to keep negative pressure so it was always a bummer it was off to set speed when running off temp…

Very cool!

I’ve been looking at these lately too to replace the old one that doesn’t save the settings when the power fails. I’m thinking I might just buy a new fan setup though and run the old fan and new one with the one new controller if it has the same two fan outlets like the old one?

Its does allow for multiple fans to run on 1 controller. I love that the new controller will self adjust fan speed. I have my max set to 10 and minimum 3 but it ran at 5 to 6 speed to maintain set point. The old controller wasn’t capable of doing that.

Just wish it had a timer or photocell for day/night settings.

Reixo,
I’m interested in this line of thinking… you mean, like 1 speed setting during daylight hours, then switching to a different speed at night?

Different temp and humidity settings for day/night. For example 81°F/58% day, 75°F/50% night.

Wow, 75% off, thats amazing. Looks like a much better controller. Very cool.

ok. cool.
Just wondering, because I am working on a new tent environment controller system… and these type of ideas are great.
That’s one scenario I hadn’t thought of… different settings depending on the type of day. I like it.

Most grow controllers have this ability. My CO2 controller, for example, only runs at lights on. :+1::seedling:

Several months ago I asked the AC Infinity rep about future fan skews that include the “67”.

He said it’s only available separately.

My current 6" has the digital controller, but it’s not compatible with the 67. (separate laptop type power supply)

It does have a timer and you can also schedule run times to your liking. Later tonight I can take some pics for the instructions. It has lots of modes and options , hell it even has a temp and humidity calibration setting which is pretty cool because you can calibrate it to the center of your footprint conditions.

Yes just like that. You can order them off their website.

I like the AC infinity fans but only have the manual controllers. They’re PWM controlled so I’ve always considered them candidates for hacking with an arduino and building my own ‘smart’ controller but it’s never been a high enough priority and I have too many projects. It’s still cool to me that its possible even if I never do it myself.

I have had one of these for 3 weeks now. I think it works great.

Same here, and now they serve it up on a Bluetooth platter - you don’t even need to crack the case…
It would be fun mapping out the commands, I’ll bet there’s some test routines.
