So i broke down and bought a couple of these, very easy to set up…i used air domes too.i went with finer perlite to put down into the holes and chunkynperlite to the top of the dome, then 50/50 promix/chunky perlite…i also worked in lime @a tbsp per gallon just into the top 2" of the soil as ive heard of ph swings…hoping this will help.
Ill keep updating every week.

How long has the system been active for the plants? I did my first Autopot grow last December, what a great product. I put individual valves on each pot, just in case I had an issue or only wanted to run 1 pot. I will start a new one most like in November, I like the cooler temps when inside. I am going to run Gold Leaf Nutrient on my run, heard lots of good things. What are you running for nutes? Good luck you will love the Auto pots!

No issues with flooding. I was top feeding when I did my organic grow and had one back flow issue, but it wa my own fault. I learned to shut the systme down for 24 hours before top feeding and then watering it in some. If you turn the system on right after, the water has not settled you used on wetting in the top feed, it flows into the valve tray and the water that was there or came in when you turned it on, now meets the down flow from your watering! Overfill! Luckily I monitored it and caught it. I learned to give it at least 2 hours after the watering to turn the system on, no issues since. Also I use a fountail pump in my reservoir hooked to a wifi outlet, I run it 3 times a day for 10 minutes to keep the nutes circulating and water as well. Hope this helps.
