I’m in zone 6a and nothing is budding out yet either. The OP must be south of me. Our ground is still frozen solid. You couldn’t dig a hole here without the backhoe.

Gentleman gentleman these were all astute observations all around,cheers! This was site prep, bc i think brown dirt warrior was the man. I like seeing when holes are dug by hand. It gives me a chubby. Call me old fashioned!

I know the pain of thinking everything will wash and getting .5%-1% washes after perfect defoliated popcorn bucking size w scizzors at dusk. I dig it, sow it, defoliate, harvest it, trim it, smoke it. And Wash it. Tons of fun :grin:
