Not vouching for this website one bit, just found an easy picture to use for the spongepots i use. I guess its just like sponge,brown colored. Bout the size of a thumb.
I do use a heat mat now. Yeah, i lost a lot of money in beans.
I use to use Jiffy pellets after soaking them for so many hours
