Wanted to share a new seed crossing run in the making . The idea behind the project is to create a hybrid that first and foremost has a non racy calming effect , the base lines you can see here ordered all these seeds from all over the last two months , now that everything is here I can finally start . Maybe some of you guys know these strains and have experienced growing them before . As base line as you can see mostly indicas Pakistan Afghan kushes , some US og’s , some landraces from baaba qo , and old school stuff .
Everything here will be crossed to kens original Grand daddy purple x blue dream aka purple dream male. As these two strains are some of the most relaxing mellow strains ever created , but I think they lack a bit of energy and flavour . So let’s see what happens when crossed to Og,s or even landraces .
What do you think ? Any suggestions or further ideas . Like I said main goal non racy absolute tranquil soothing blissful effect . Not high thc not even bag appeal
I might even cross a bit of cbd into the line further down though , I’m looking for strong entourage effect with many cannabinoids present as possible
I prefer the buzzed up feel over couch lock. But sounds interesting.
I think this is GREAT
I think many of us home growers, self included, kinda seem to steer away from the focus on overall effects & focus more on enjoyable flavors. Also like Gato, I’m more of a racy high than heavy effect, but every once in a while I love a nice brick to the dome

OK, I’ve been checking them out. How was your experience with them?
First run but seem legit
I found my “calming high” from the Lemoncello crossed into it. I crossed Jr Mint x MAC1 with Lemoncello. and that was the most calming, non-triggered stuff. Then, crossed with Pineapple Express, for a more socially enjoyable high. I named that one Cape Goat. Hawaiian sativas have a social, talkative aspect for me. Lemons have a non-panic attack, calming aspect. I think it’s the Limonene terpenes being dominant in there. Pinene makes me more focused.
It’s a cool project, with the same goal I started with 2 years ago. I really couldn’t figure out much til my little seed flowered, and I smoked it. Then… WHOA! stuff was amazing. It was a late seedling, 12/12 from the start.
The other stuff I have going is Luxor’s Chocolate CBD. That stuff is interesting. 1:1 THC:CBD with THC-v, and 5% other CBD’s like CBN/CBG/CBC. The pain relief from that stuff is almost instant. It’s amazing. I just chopped a male of a cross I made of that stuff… but. I have 2 clones going, for a 3rd time grow. I’m really liking stuff like that more. perfect daytime stuff.
What company made the limoncello ?
I read the most calming terpene is Linalool found in mazar strain for instance and
Lavender makes sense people make pillows filled with that stuff .
I get anxiety from haze things like amnesia silver and or lemon haze are terrible for me , also can’t smoke trainwreck , white widow , Durban or kalimist . Strong sativas or sativa leaning hybrids is a no for me .
As far as cbd I don’t want any hemp genetics , if I end up putting some cbd into the line it must be a natural high cbd cannabis strain . I was looking into ace cbd #1 maybe
Yeah. Lavender. that was the JM LC flavor I missed. I have one friend that’s gotta avoid those. she has an allergy to it.
The Lemon Cello / Limoncello / Lemon Chello / Limonchelo. (i’ve seen it spelled all those ways) was some cheap oz, with big huge nugs. just seeded full. It’s Lemonade x Cherry Pie. which is GDP x Durban.
The other uplifting stuff is the Cali Orange Bud strains. The Tangie, Pootie Tang, Orangasm, Clementine. Mimosa (x GDP). They’re the best for playing music in the afternoons. Great non-sleepy daytime vibes, and mood enhancements. Nothing really too strong.
That’s weird you’d want to use Blue Dream, and not like Hazes.
Anything with Dj’s blueberry or flo. Blue heaven was reported to be antianxiety effect. In todays work, its the fx1 mother. Dj put it out as newberry, and i crossed it into otm but didnt release because its a bit unstable. But you can find that effect in any original flo or blueberry. Its exactly what they were bred for.
You’ve got my attention.
This is generally the smell, taste, and effects that I desire. So I’ll be following along to see your progress.

“Breath” strains IMO are a great place to look for relaxing effects, leaning toward couchlock 
Any suggestions in particular strains and companies for breath

Literally any Breath cross IMO, whatever looks or sounds good to you
Oh, also anything Dosidos-related is gonna pack a wallop as well
Cactus breath is a great soothing and very nice start I’d say.
Update the starting soil was infested with mould only about 50% made it , but that’s ok as I only have strong genetics now . Will redo some
