New seedlings hydro

New seedlings in dwc.
Ran into an issue a week ago. Old growth crackling and drying up, Discoloration on older leaves. New leaves look okay, but noticing some of it on them as well. See photo.

Had them on AN two part at the start when the issue first popped up, now on Jack’s 321.

AN was at ec of 0.9 ph around 6 when I noticed the issue.

Did a full flush and refilled Jack’s.
PhD 5.7, ec 1.1

They are only on their fourth node.

Havent seen any new growth since I flushed and changed rez. About 4 days ago.
Roots look okay.

Idk just wondering what i should do.

I always say, when in doubt, flush it out.
I never have issues in hydro following this rule, which is why I switch exclusively to it.

Just not sure if there is something else I’m missing, or if I just need to give it time.

Where you correcting the pH while using AN? icon_e_confused|nullxnull I comment this because if so it’s like chasing shadows, there’s no need to do it, it could match with pH fluctuations:

Changing nutes brands in a grow may not be the best idea if a plant is upset. If new growth is now OK and it keeps like that you may have left that problem behind, although EC 1.1 may be pushing too hard at that stage. This is my guess, hope to see more opinions on this … beer3|nullxnull

Thanks for the response.

Was thinking ph too, wasn’t checking often.

Just surprised I’m not seeing growth at this point. Figured after a rez change they would bounce back quick.

Only used AN because I ran out of distilled water for a 100 to 1 stock of Jack’s.

Should I wait it out, or dilute down to 0.8 ish?

Lowering nutes is never harmful, an excess is hard to correct and has consecuences, I would do that and see how the plant reacts, waiting for a full pic in some days … beer3|nullxnull

Kept EC at 1.2
Let Jack’s do its thing.

New growth and it’s starting to explode.

ANs “PH perfect” wasn’t so perfect.
Chaulking the whole issue up to PH fluctuations.

Thanks for the help!
